Join Elisabeth White, Sananga and Hapé guide, and Elizabeth Craig, Reiki Practitioner, to embark on a journey of reconnection with your true self, cleansing what holds you back, and gaining the clarity needed for transformation.

11am - 11:30am: Animal Spirit connection via Tarot + intention setting + breathwork + meditation

11:30am - 12:30am: Sananga ritual + Reiki

12:30pm - 1:30pm: Relaxing and reflective time in the hot tub + purposeful journaling

1:30pm - 2pm: Hapé ritual

2pm - 2:30pm: Animal Spirit Tarot + closing

Hot tea, nut mix, & dried fruit mix will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water.
